CORRECTED PUBLIC REPLAY / RELAY INCIDENT

The field remained surveyed and unchanged at 003/400 while the artist began the underground perimeter excavation. The original YouTube live replay is damaged: the destination-isolated relay still used lossy localhost UDP queues, and its YouTube queue produced thousands of circular-buffer overruns, tens of thousands of corrupt-packet reports, and 92,953 timestamp-discontinuity reports. This public replay is the verified continuous independent OBS master: 2:25:41 of H.264/AAC at 30 fps, decoded cleanly in beginning, middle, and ending samples; OBS reported 22 lagged frames out of 262,217 attempted frames (0.0%). The original replay remains part of the failure record. The relay no longer uses UDP or MPEG-TS between its ingest and platform outputs.
